Richtig ist, dass es in der Stadt eine Menge preiswerte HotelsBangkok was not among top cities on the cheapest price charged by five-star hotels but the city was a good deal for cheaper hotels and hostels in the survey, making it the 11th ranked on price for hotels...

der unteren Kategorien gibt und viele Gaestehaeuser die ihr Geld
wirklich wert sind.
Bei den Top Hotels sieht es leider ganz anders aus:
Was nuetzt mir ein 5 oder gar 6 Stern Haus wenn ich
nicht zu Fuss aus dem Hotel gehen kann,von Muellbergen
umgeben bin, durch infernalischen Laerm am Schlafen
gehindert werde (wenn ich das Fenster aufmachen kann)
und eine Luftqualitaet habe als ob ich Kettenraucher bin!
Das beste Stadthotel in BKK, das Kempinski welches
hinter dem Siam Paragon neben dem kleinen Palast liegt,
kostet genausoviel wie ein entsprechendes Hotel in New York!
Und die Luft ist auch nicht besser als in der 1300THB Absteige
auf der anderen Seite des Khlongs San Saeb!
